Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Exceed monthly sales quotas by 20% through consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipelines, track KPIs, and document client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale support
- Conduct 50+ daily outreach calls with enterprise decision-makers in the SaaS and fintech sectors
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine negotiation skills and product knowledge
- Submit accurate activity reports and pipeline forecasts to sales leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Availability to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM PST) with reliable home office setup
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong track record in complex enterprise sales cycles ($50K+ deals)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in English with additional fluency in Spanish highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in remote, self-directed work environments
