Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business through in-person meetings and local networking events
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in DC/VA territory
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 15+ weekly client appointments
- Present customized solutions to commercial clients across diverse industries
- Collaborate with marketing team to leverage local events and digital campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
- Represent brand at 3+ monthly industry or community networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Strong local network in Washington DC or Northern Virginia markets
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Track record of closing 5-figure+ deals
