Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling and digital prospecting
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Close sales agreements exceeding monthly targets using consultative techniques
- Maintain accurate client records and activity metrics in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and performance reviews
- Develop product expertise to confidently address technical client inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (7 PM - 3 AM MST)
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Valid US work authorization required
