Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and email campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Manage CRM pipeline and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with day-time teams for seamless client handoffs
- Attend weekly sales training and strategy sessions
- Track KPIs and optimize sales scripts for night-shift performance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record with uncapped commission structures

- Ability to thrive in night shift environment (9 PM - 6 AM EST)
