Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and digital prospecting
- Build rapport with prospects using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with consistent performance
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and track metrics
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless account handoffs
- Attend mandatory 8 PM - 5 AM EST shift with weekend flexibility
Qualifications
- 1+ years B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently during night hours
