Responsibilities
- Drive Local Sales: Proactively generate new business leads and close sales deals within the Louisville and surrounding Illinois border territories.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Research the local market landscape to identify trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
- Meet Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the regional sales manager to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Local Knowledge: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; familiarity with the Louisville, KY and Illinois area is preferred.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set goals and the drive to achieve them through hard work and persistence.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
