Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences to drive sales and loyalty
- Actively demonstrate products and close sales to achieve/exceed commission targets
- Operate POS systems, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Build client relationships through personalized service and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with weekend team to maximize store performance and sales goals
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise on merchandise lines

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays required)
