Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement within the Portland area.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates and drive repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to closing deals and account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute local outreach strategies.
- Track sales activities and pipeline data accurately using CRM software to forecast revenue and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of working in a commission-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local field work and client meetings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to align with client availability.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new sales techniques quickly.
