Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and up-sell current products.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to clearly articulate value propositions.
- Manage your sales territory effectively to ensure maximum coverage and lead generation.
- Process sales transactions accurately, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed correctly.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and execute local marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales success and strong customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
