Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Actively prospect and engage new clients within the Milwaukee area to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high retention rates and repeat business.
- Market Representation: Represent the company professionally at local events, trade shows, and community functions to increase brand visibility.
- Needs Assessment: Consult with clients to identify their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions that drive value for them and the company.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data within our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with regional management to develop and execute effective local sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, retail management, or customer service (B2B or B2C experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Milwaukee, WI area and a valid driver's license.
- Self-Motivation: A competitive drive to succeed with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using sales software and customer relationship management platforms.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
