Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to determine if the company's services are a good fit.
- Present product information to customers in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Overcome objections and negotiate pricing to close sales deals effectively.
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
