Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within a defined local territory.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (Base + Bonus incentives).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local area promotional strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or retail management.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation for local travel.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle rejection.
