Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns
- Qualify leads using CRM systems and maintain accurate sales pipelines
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
