Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and explain our solutions to prospective customers to meet sales targets.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our Customer Relationship Management system.Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align on sales strategies and campaign goals.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide full training.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly tone.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn CRM software.Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
