Responsibilities
- Drive sales of premium retail products through consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in the El Paso community
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features/benefits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Track sales data and identify upsell opportunities in the local market
- Participate in weekend and holiday retail events as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in retail or B2B environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in commission-based roles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for El Paso market
- High school diploma or equivalent required
