Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash handling duties.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop strategies for local market penetration.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate POS systems efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel (if applicable).
