- Greet and engage customers warmly to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Upsell products and promote current promotions and loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with mobile devices.
- A positive attitude and a drive to exceed sales goals.
