Responsibilities
- Drive in-store sales through product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Build lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with team to optimize store merchandising and displays
- Process transactions accurately and maintain inventory records
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Provide exceptional post-purchase support and follow-up
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
