Responsibilities
- Present and sell company services to local businesses in designated territories
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-ups
- Meet/exceed weekly sales targets while documenting activities in CRM
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and product/service consultations
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in daily team huddles for performance reviews and coaching
- Submit accurate sales reports and expense documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years B2B sales experience or relevant customer service background
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
