Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients across San Diego County
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to potential clients
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics using CRM software
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of San Diego business landscape and networking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and resilience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
