- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on future societal and tech impacts
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or C-suite innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
