Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends through 2030
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Present trend analyses and scenario planning to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across business units
- Author thought leadership content and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into scalable business solutions
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, biotech, or quantum computing
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) preferred
