Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines for Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in defining the technical strategy for 2026.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and legal teams to ensure AI safety and compliance.
- Research and prototype novel architectures (e.g., Mixture of Experts, Transformer variants) before production adoption.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure and model serving.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Machine Learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of shipping complex ML systems to production environments.
- Demonstrated experience in designing fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
