Responsibilities

- Roadmap Planning: Define the strategic technical roadmap for AI development, ensuring alignment with company long-term goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in current systems, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) for integration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Innovation: Strong ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies for the future.
