Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation 2026-ready AI Agents. As we stand on the precipice of the autonomous AI revolution, you will be responsible for architecting systems that push the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent workflows.
In this pivotal role, you won't just maintain legacy models; you will build the intelligence layer for the future. You will collaborate with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to deploy scalable, ethically-aligned AI solutions that redefine human-computer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust LLM fine-tuning pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures optimized for 2026 standards.
- Build and orchestrate Autonomous AI Agents capable of complex reasoning, tool use, and self-correction.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, ensuring high availability, low latency, and continuous model improvement.
- Optimize inference latency and cost efficiency for high-volume production environments.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLM applications (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
