Job Description
Nexus Horizon Systems is defining the future of autonomous intelligence. We are seeking a visionary Lead Agentic AI Engineer to architect the next generation of self-improving AI agents. If you are passionate about building systems that think, act, and solve problems independently, this is your opportunity to shape the 2026 technological landscape.
In this role, you will move beyond traditional machine learning models to build complex, multi-agent ecosystems capable of autonomous reasoning, tool usage, and strategic planning. You will work in a high-performance environment that values innovation, scalability, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable multi-agent systems using Python, LangChain, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Design sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and context management protocols for autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs for high-volume enterprise deployments.
- Integrate real-time data streams and APIs to empower agents with dynamic situational awareness.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our flagship 2026 product suite and mentor a team of AI researchers.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI safety, alignment, and ethical usage in autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building production-ready Agentic workflows using LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Experience deploying large-scale models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
