Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of scalable, high-performance AI models for 2026-ready applications.
- Drive Research & Development (R&D) initiatives for autonomous decision-making systems and predictive analytics.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency environments and massive-scale data processing.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and system security.
- Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, including quantum computing integration and neuromorphic hardware.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions in production.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to classical AI problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
