Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build strong client relationships by understanding needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity reports in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)

Qualifications
- 3+ years proven inside sales experience with measurable revenue results
