Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for team events (if applicable).
