We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 plus lucrative performance bonuses. Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consultative selling techniques.
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Close sales over the phone and process orders efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (evening hours).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
