Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to enterprise clients across North Carolina territory
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into closed deals through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly revenue targets using Salesforce and outreach automation tools
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Develop deep product knowledge to position solutions against competitors
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline analytics
- Participate in weekend sales blitzes and quarterly incentive trips
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with B2B sales cycles and complex deals
- Valid driver's license for occasional NC client visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
