- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions to B2B prospects
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 15% through strategic negotiation and objection handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and provide weekly performance analytics
- Participate in continuous training to master new product launches and industry trends
- Adapt to flexible schedules with rotating weekend availability for peak sales periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven inside sales or B2B sales experience with measurable results
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in high-pressure night shift environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
