- Close 5-7 sales transactions weekly with average deal value $2,500
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets with consistent daily performance
- Maintain 95%+ call attendance and activity metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
