Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM for enterprise tech solutions
- Build rapport with key decision-makers across Fortune 500 accounts
- Present product demos and overcome technical objections
- Close 15-20 new deals monthly with average deal size $8k-$12k
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Maintain 95% CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical solutions
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- BA/BS in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
