Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify 15+ new business opportunities daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Execute consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and pain points
- Develop personalized solutions presentations demonstrating ROI of our SaaS platform
- Collaborate with marketing to nurture leads through the full sales funnel
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 30%+ conversion rates
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 95%+ data accuracy
- Participate in daily scrums and weekly strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional certification
