Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Explain product features and benefits to align with customer needs
- Collaborate with external sales teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales strategy meetings
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
