Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems to generate new business opportunities
- Present product solutions to potential clients while articulating value propositions tailored to their needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide weekly performance analytics
- Participate in weekend shift workshops to enhance product knowledge and negotiation skills
- Develop long-term client relationships through post-sale follow-ups and relationship management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and adaptability to weekend work schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
