- Generate leads and qualify prospects through phone, email, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to customers with persuasive communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with mentors to refine sales techniques and product knowledge
- Document customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance professional skills
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school or GED program
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Basic computer proficiency (email, MS Office, web navigation)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
