Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify 50+ new leads weekly via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present product solutions to C-suite executives across North America
- Exceed monthly sales targets ($15k+ average deal value)
- Maintain 95% CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge
- Close 5-8 deals monthly while maintaining 30% conversion rate
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
