Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Generate new business leads through high-volume cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Closing: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
