Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, track KPIs, and report on sales activities

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with commission structures
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
