Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present complex software solutions to C-level executives, demonstrating clear ROI and business impact
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, utilizing Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and overcome technical objections
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction rate
- Document all interactions in CRM and provide weekly performance insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in SaaS or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets with uncapped commission structures
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and value-based propositions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and tailor solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
