Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and needs analysis calls to identify client pain points.
- Close new business deals by maintaining relationships and exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Input accurate data into CRM systems to track pipeline and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
