Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and manage inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified prospects.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within our CRM system.
- Close sales deals by negotiating terms and overcoming objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Account Management.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
