Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and research potential clients within the assigned market.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects via phone and email to determine their needs and readiness to purchase.
- Product Demonstration: Present our solutions effectively, highlighting value propositions and addressing client objections.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales within the designated territory.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales (Night shift experience preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work a night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
