Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations: Present our services and products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their specific needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage your daily sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up.
- Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through persistence and strategic outreach.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
