Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while demonstrating product expertise
- Exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools and data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales approaches
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain pipeline hygiene
- Participate in weekend shift team huddles and quarterly sales reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($100K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Adaptability to weekend schedule and remote collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
