Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain service features to prospective clients to overcome objections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document customer feedback and market trends to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on results.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
