Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and understand client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) regarding client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize a high-volume call queue.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
