Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture a high-volume sales pipeline using our CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Document all client interactions and account activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
